As an End-of-Life Doula, our role is to provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support to both the individual nearing the end of their life and their loved ones. A Navigator EOL Doula offers a non-judgmental, empathetic space where people can explore their fears, hopes, and desires surrounding death. Whether you need help with planning, managing pain, creating legacy projects, or simply providing companionship during the final days, we are here to walk alongside you with compassion and respect.
Services We Offer:
- Advance Care Planning: Help with preparing for end-of-life decisions, including writing advance directives, and exploring options for care.
- Emotional and Spiritual Support: Providing comfort, active listening, and a safe space for reflection.
- Legacy Projects: Assisting in creating meaningful keepsakes, such as letters, memory books, or recordings.
- Comfort Care: Supporting the individual and family with practical and emotional support during the final stages of life.
- Grief Support: Offering guidance for loved ones both before and after the passing, including resources for coping with loss.
- Holistic and Complementary Practices: Depending on the needs of the individual, I incorporate holistic methods like guided meditation, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to ease discomfort.
